We offer free UPS Ground shipping on all orders

Please note: we cannot ship to PO Boxes.

Shipping times are not guaranteed. Typically an order will take 3-7 days to arrive. If you need a guaranteed delivery time please contact us and we will try to accommodate where possible, there may be an extra charge for faster shipping.

All shipping is trackable and fully insured against loss or damage.

Returns

You can return your purchase for any reason within 7 days of receipt as recorded by the carrier's tracking system.

If the product is defective we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.

If you have changed your mind: products have to be in new, completely unused condition in original packaging.

Return shipping is organized and paid by the customer. Please make sure to properly package the product(s) and use a trackable shipping service.

There is no restocking fee.

If the above conditions are met we will issue a full refund within 7 days of our receipt of the return. Refund is issued to the original payment method and may take a few days to reach your account, depending on the rules of your financial institution.
